User Rights

The user of www.triptailor.ro has the right to view the site on his computer monitor, to print parts of the site’s content on paper, and to save pages in electronic format only for personal, non-commercial purposes. 

User Obligations

You agree to comply with the following obligations, including (but not limited to):

• Financial responsibility for all transactions made in your account or on your behalf.

• You are over 18 years old and legally capable of initiating legal actions.

• Guaranteeing the truthfulness of data provided about yourself or your family members.

• Not using the Site for speculative purposes or generating false or fraudulent reservations.

• Prohibition on transmitting political, pornographic, racist materials, or other illegal content.

• Obligation not to alter, copy, transmit, distribute, sell, display, license, or reproduce the Site’s content except for one non-commercial personal copy of the information contained on the Site.

General Conditions for Booking and Purchasing Services

Any booking made on the Site shall be considered your intent to purchase a specific travel product or service from the Supplier. If your request is accepted, you will receive a confirmation email from TripTailor Travel Agency and a Client Contract will come into effect.

All travel services advertised on the Site are subject to Supplier availability. The Supplier’s terms and conditions (including airline passenger transport rules) apply in addition to this Site’s Terms and Conditions. 

Supplier terms may include provisions related to payment methods, obligations, cancellations, booking modifications and refunds (if any), or other restrictions. Some airlines may charge extra fees. Some hotels may collect local taxes. 

Cancellations / Modifications

Cancellation or modification of the reserved or purchased service shall be subject to each Supplier’s Terms and Conditions. If you wish to cancel or modify a booked or purchased service, it is your responsibility to inform TripTailor Travel Agency in writing or by phone.

In certain cases, you may not be able to cancel or modify specific travel services, or you may need to comply with certain requirements to do so.

TripTailor may charge administrative fees to cover costs arising from modifications to a reservation (including cancellations, refunds, name changes). These fees are separate from charges imposed by the Supplier. 

Payment

No payment methods other than those presented on the Site are accepted, and we assume no liability for money sent by courier.

Depending on the terms and conditions imposed by hotels, you may be required to pay in full or partially at booking time, with payment made to TripTailor Travel Agency.

TripTailor or the Supplier reserves the right to charge additional fees or commissions that may arise at the time of booking. You will be informed about applicable fees. TripTailor reserves the right to recover charge-back costs.

Failure by the client to meet payment deadlines may entitle the agency to declare the contract automatically terminated without notice, court intervention or further formalities, and to claim damages.

Data Confidentiality

By agreeing to access and use www.triptailor.ro, your personal data and any other information you provide may be processed and used by S.C. LUXETRAVELDEAL S.R.L. for any marketing-related activities and database creation and usage. 

Intellectual Property Rights

The materials presented on www.triptailor.ro and any information transmitted via email are the property of TripTailor Travel Agency or its partners and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. 

Disclaimer Clauses

The website www.triptailor.ro is an informational site. TripTailor Travel Agency assumes no responsibility for the accuracy or completeness of the information. The data and information accessible to the public on this site do not constitute recommendations, guarantees, consultancy or commitment by TripTailor.

TripTailor will not be held liable for any damages resulting directly or indirectly from use of the site or from any errors or omissions.

TripTailor acts as agent for third-party suppliers such as airlines, hotels, car rental companies, and other service providers (“Suppliers”). TripTailor assumes no responsibility and gives no warranty (explicit or implied) regarding the accuracy or quality of vendor-provided services listed on this Site. 

Changes to Terms & Conditions

TripTailor Travel Agency may change the terms of use without prior notice. Please review the terms each time you access or use this site. Your continued use after modifications signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.

These rules comply with Romanian legislation. Violation of this document may result in civil, administrative, or criminal liability. Disputes related to the terms of site use will be resolved by competent courts.
